Placing an Order
Ordering through our website couldn’t be easier. Make your selection, add it to the cart and proceed to our secure checkout.
Payment & Shipping
Postage is applied once per order. Choose between Standard or Express at checkout:
Standard delivery 2-4 working days
Express delivery 1-2 working days
*All orders are fully tracked to your door.
Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. We will make every effort to dispatch your order the same day. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
Returns & Refunds
All items are checked personally and individually for faults before posting. Should something inadvertently slip through our stringent checks, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 7 days of receipt; please use the messaging service on the website.
Returned items MUST NOT have been worn and must be returned in either the same packaging that they were sent in, or a suitable equivalent.
Please package returns carefully, as the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where damage has, occurred as a result of inadequate or inappropriate packaging.
Refunds are offered if goods are proven to be faulty. Fair wear and tear does not constitute a fault.
If an item is not faulty, you will in the first instance be offered a replacement. If this isn’t possible, a refund will be offered, providing they are returned in a saleable condition within 28 Days. A refund will be issued upon receipt of goods.
The buyer pays the return postage.
